ReportingAPI extended with media media reupload functionality functionality.

(New) Reupload Media - If you've created a collection with multiple test medias (Different Url), but used the same external key for each, then you can separate the results with this method.

ReportingAPI extended with media tagging functionality.

(New) GetTags() - Retrieves tags, which are associated to any of the owned media.
(New) UpdateMedia() - Updates media associated tag list
(Updated) GetMediaList() - Retrieves media information with the associated tag list
