ReportingAPI extended with media tagging functionality.

• (New) GetTags() - Retrieves tags, which are associated to any of the owned media.
• (New) UpdateMedia() - Updates media associated tag list
• (Updated) GetMediaList() - Retrieves media information with the associated tag list
