No, we can accept any media format though we recommend 360p-720p resolution with a bitrate no lower than 500k. Additionally, the maximum file size that can be uploaded to our Media Library is 2GB. Above all we prefer to have all the media look the same in order to minimize bias, so please remove any borders, title pages, and so on.
