This bench-marking system can be used in a number of ways. For instance, if your study consists of multiple videos from a single campaign, the EmotionAll® score can be used to help determine where to weight your media spend. Additionally, EmotionAll® Scores are available broken down by demographic or survey questions segments. In this way, the scores can be used to determine the highest performing audiences to help guide targeting decisions.
The scores can also be used as a tool for predicting social media performance. In a recent study we analyzed over 2,000 Youtube videos and saw the EmotionAll® Scores to be strongly linked to social performance. These insights can be used to help guide placement recommendations - place higher performers in sharing environments with the lower scores in paid environments for guaranteed views.
